The Call Center at Millington Naval Base in Millington, TN, was ready for a total overhaul and upgrade in 2016. APG was tasked with specifying and installing two floors of work-stations, private offices, and common areas.
Creating an inviting, yet timeless, look was important to provide longevity and flexibility. Resolve system from Herman Miller featuring 120° workstations was the perfect choice. This visually pleasing solution provides personal space as well as an openness that welcomes interaction between team members. Herman Miller Aeron chairs complete the workstations.
GSA schedule pricing was employed control expense and to comply with government restrictions.
Coordinating closely with project leadership and various trades on-site, installation was completed to customer specifications. The team worked efficiently to complete the installation, while accommodating strict facility regulations.
The design and implementation of this project was so well-received, it was employed at another Naval facility.
