Brookfield Properties (formerly Forest City Realty Trust) relocated their corporate headquarters and invited us to partner with them and Vocon Architects. Brookfield was anxious to improve operations, enhance employee well-being, and display the vision of their brand—a great and welcome challenge. The scope involved 492 workstations installed on six under-construction, nearly inaccessible floors.
Partnering With True Purpose
By committing an on-site APG project manager, we coordinated small, after-hour shipments to accommodate space concerns and avoid impeding construction. Plus, our project manager could foresee issues and proactively troubleshoot. From space planning to furniture selection to installation, every detail was precisely orchestrated and critical to the success of the project. The result was a masterful design that functions with the user, and a space ultimately named an award-winner.
