Fostering community-minded growth
LCNB National Bank has experienced rapid growth in recent years reinforcing their long history in the area of Cincinnati, Dayton, Chillicothe, Eaton, and Lebanon, Ohio.
To keep up with customer demand, the bank filled every square foot of its original building in historic downtown Lebanon, creating a cramped condition for employees. Working with the City of Lebanon, Warren County, and the State of Ohio, a new 48,525 square foot facility was constructed on a 2.4 acre lot just a block north of LCNB’s original office. The new building provides a fresh space where employees and customers feel welcome with large windows providing plenty of natural light.
Partnering with LCNB and BHDP, a full-service design firm in Cincinnati, APG outfitted the new space with furniture from top to bottom. A variety of spaces complete the floorpan: open work stations and closed offices offer beautiful views of the quaint streets of Lebanon, and creative collaborative spaces throughout offer areas where teams can gather for quick meetings.
