Tim Smallwood announced as Market Vice President in Cincinnati
Business Development Manager from Dayton promoted to lead the Cincinnati team
Congratulations are in order for Tim Smallwood on his promotion to Cincinnati Market Vice President.
Tim joined APG in 2018 as a Business Development Manager with the APG team in Dayton. His work with local clients such as Mile Two, Life Connection of Ohio, and MODA4 Design have proven his dedication to APG's purpose to create spaces that propel organizations forward. A proud recipient of the Dayton Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award in 2019, he is energized by helping local businesses create spaces they are proud of and enjoy working in every day.
Previous to APG, he spent more than 10 years in leadership, management, and customer engagement roles. As Development Director for the American Heart Association, Tim helped build customized sponsorship opportunities to match the donor’s need and engaged numerous volunteers in the organization’s mission. He began his career in leadership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, leading a team focused on exceeding customer expectations from the first interaction to the last.
As Cincinnati Market Vice President, Tim will lead the Sales, Account Management, and Design teams in creating business opportunities, developing partnerships, and creating environments that enhance the productivity of clients.
