Sarah Malchow Joins the APG Team as Business Development Manager
Sarah joins APG with a passion for building lasting partnerships and helping organizations create workplaces where people thrive.
We’re excited to welcome Sarah Malchow to APG as our newest Business Development Manager, serving the Dayton market. Sarah brings a relationship-focused approach to business development, with experience in banking, economic development, and community engagement. She is passionate about building trusted partnerships and helping clients create workplaces that support their long-term success.
Most recently, Sarah served as Manager of Member Development for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, where she fostered connections between local businesses and community leaders while supporting initiatives that strengthened the regional business community. Prior to that, she was a Business Banking Officer at Day Air Credit Union, partnering with business owners to understand their goals and provide strategic financial solutions.
Sarah is an active leader in the Dayton business community, serving on the Board of the I-70/75 Business Association and the steering committee for Beers and Biz, in Dayton. She is also a graduate of the Kettering Leadership Academy Class of 2023.
Known for being relationship-oriented, collaborative, strategic, and dependable, Sarah believes the strongest partnerships begin with listening. She is committed to understanding each client's unique goals, serving as a trusted resource, and delivering responsive, personalized support every step of the way.
