When Zillow/DotLoop decided to invest in renovations to their Cincinnati office space, APG was called in to help envision a hip space that would attract top local talent.
The multi-level office is located in Longworth Hall, a historic freight terminal dating to the early 1900s. Working with Platte Design, the team at APG helped make use of the open warehouse-like space with low-profile workstations and plenty of collaborative spaces to provide flexibility for workers.
The APG Project Management team worked closely with construction crews to complete each floor in turn, taking care not to disrupt the daily business that was still taking place. The multi-phase renovation and installation took place over four months.
