Dayton Convention Center

The Dayton Convention Center recently unveiled its beautifully renovated banquet hall and event spaces, designed to accommodate a broader range of gatherings and elevate the experience for guests. With a focus on durability and functionality, we supplied over 1,500 banquet chairs featuring vinyl seats and easy-to-clean fabric backs. The chairs’ robust frames were specifically chosen to endure heavy use during high-volume conferences and events. To further enhance the space, we integrated Heya seating to create semi-private areas outside the conference halls, offering attendees convenient, quiet zones for focused work or private discussions.


A standout addition to the renovation is the VIP Event Space, a plush, contemporary venue overlooking the conference expo hall. This upscale setting, designed for intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests, features soft, modern lighting and trendy décor, making it ideal for fundraisers, holiday parties, and exclusive celebrations. The cohesive design of these spaces allows room for more versatile events, empowering clients with a variety of hosting options while ensuring all furnishings remain durable and stylish.


Working within a budget approved by the county’s Board of Decision Makers, our team utilized government pricing contracts to ensure the project stayed on track financially. The Dayton Convention Center has expressed excitement about the renovation’s success and is eager to welcome local organizations to host events in the refreshed spaces, fostering a vibrant hub for community and cultural engagement.
