Magis Puppy Charity Event
The organic form and playful spirit of Puppy are all characteristic of Finnish designer Eero Aarnio’s oeuvre. Imaginative and innovative, his abstract plastic dog for Magis Me Too blends function and delight, finding use both inside and out as a seat or simply as sculpture.
APG and Miller Knoll are hosting Come Meet Magis, a reception and fundraiser to benefit Cleveland APL.
A&D Firms are getting creative!
Teams from local A&D firms have been putting their creative minds to work to reimagine a Magis Puppy based on a theme of their choosing. Teams may offer their completed entry for auction during the reception, with 100% proceeds benefiting the Cleveland APL.
Helping animals in our area
While the the teams are designing their Magis Puppies, they are also raising cash donations. The team that raises the most for the APL will take an iconic prize back to their office: a Saarinen table and four Eames chairs.
Join us on November 10
The reception at the APG Innovation Center on November 10 will feature all the teams' submissions on display. You're invited to attend and cast your vote for "Best of Show" and see who raised the most funds, and will be leaving with that amazing prize!
Plus, an auction to benefit the APL
A silent auction of the finished puppies will also be taking place, with proceeds to benefit Cleveland Animal Protective League.
